All levels of Fitness/Yoga Experience are welcome! Fitness classes are FREE for all Students and Recreation Members.

Class: Yoga w/ Anusha

Time/Day: 8:00am-9:00am Monday, Wednesday, Friday 

Location: Studio B

Instructor: Anusha

Class description: Improve flexibility, strength and balance in a moving meditation. Move through various standing, seated, forward bending, and balancing poses. Suitable for a variety of fitness levels. Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. By holding stretches for longer periods of time, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply.

Registration: Closes 1 hour prior to the class. You can still arrive and register in person, however the class is subject to being full or cancelled (If no one is registered) so please register ahead of time.  Click here for a Video Tutorial on how to register!
