Campus Recreation: Women in Nature Smoky Mountains Weekend

Calling all women looking for an exclusively female opportunity: Head down to Smoky Mountains National Park with Campus Recreation for a weekend of camping, hiking, and horseback riding. Hike to Clingman's Dome - the highest point in Tennessee and second highest point east of the Mississippi River, pet some pretty horses, see fall foliage, and perhaps catch a view of wildlife. 

Cost: $250

Cost Includes: Transportation in 12 passenger van to and from WSU, all large equipment needs, meals, ORC Trip Leaders, horseback riding, and camping fees.

Activity Level: Beginner - Advanced. Participants do not need prior hiking, riding, or camping experience but must feel physical fit to do so.
Physical Challenge Scale: Level 2, this trip is moderate.
Remoteness Scale: Level 2, this is a front country trip.
