Stacey is a Bay Area-based disability justice thought leader with 12 years experience incubatingleadership programs, managing services programs, and providing technical assistance to organizations wanting to increase their capacity around disability and diversity issues. She is a queer, mixed race, disabled woman of color and is passionate about advancing the leadership of disabled people of color. She has trained many community organizations and served as an appointed advisor to the Obama administration for two years. She currently works within the HR field supporting employees with disabilities in pursuing accommodations during the day and also with Sins Invalid, a performance project that celebrates artists with disabilities and is led by disabled queer people of color and disabled queer and gender non-conforming people. She has a MBA from Mills College. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the SF Bay Area.
