She has a vast knowledge of disease processes which are common among the ICU population and shares this knowledge with coworkers in ways that promote their professional growth and development. Her coworkers are always motivated and encouraged by Heather’s positive outlook. Heather is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and skilled in caring for both the patient and the patient’s family. She always seeks what is best for the patient. She has absolutely no fear in questioning treatment and in recommending alternatives in the best interest of the patient.
