Meagan Brown - Kettering Health Network, Troy Hospital

Meagan Brown graduated from Wright State University with her B.S.N. She is now a PACU nurse at the Kettering Health Network–Troy Hospital, which was established 2019. She has been fundamental in starting the new PACU/Periop Department at Troy. Meagan encourages her peers, and is willing to undertake any task that is asked of her, demonstrates her adaptability in an everchanging and growing environment. She has assisted in creating new processes for the department. In addition, she shares her expertise in the area of PAT at Soin Medical Center, another Kettering Network facility. Outside the hospital, Meagan is very involved with her family, supporting her daughter in dance and serving as an assistant soccer coach in her spare time. Meagan supports the Franklin House/Abuse shelter in Troy, Rustic Hope in Russia, and the community drive at Northridge High School in Dayton. She also volunteers her time and supplies to the relief efforts for the 2019 Dayton tornado victims.
