2015

Brandon Levi Back has been a Registered Nurse for two years and has worked almost all that time at Kindred Hospital, where he is currently an RN Supervisor. Prior to earning his RN licensure, Levi served in the U.S. Army as a combat medic. Levi’s dedication to his patients is exemplified by his compassion, caring demeanor, and especially his smile and energy. He handles stressful situations with remarkable poise while delivering quality patient care with excellent outcomes. His approach is always calm and caring when approaching any issue involving patients and their families. He has the ability to address each situation with an open mind. Colleagues describe him as being a reliable worker with the ability to quickly comprehend new concepts and skills which will broaden his nursing career. Levi is an epitome of an ideal nurse who works beyond what is expected of him and strives for excellence. His “can-do” attitude is contagious, and he truly serves as a role model and a leader for his co-workers to emulate. Indeed, his peers and mentors quickly recognized his leadership skills and elected him chair of Kindred’s Nursing Practice Council.
