The Dayton Campus testing and vaccination center is located in 023 Student Union (near the WWSU radio station) and is available to students, faculty, and staff.
Asymptomatic Surveillance Testing
Wright State has increased surveillance testing of asymptomatic students, faculty, and staff on the Dayton Campus. Students and employees randomly chosen each week will receive an email with instructions to schedule a free, required COVID-19 test at the testing center or provide proof of a recent COVID-19 test to the university.
The center is open for in-person testing Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:40 p.m. (last appointment). Appointments take approximately 30 minutes.
Selected students and employees may also complete the required testing using a free at-home test kit, which is available at the testing center.
Anyone who fails to complete the required testing will receive a single opportunity to reschedule their test. A second failure to complete the required testing will result in a referral to Student Conduct for students or Human Resources for employees.
The testing center is limited to asymptomatic surveillance testing. If you have symptoms, please contact Student Health Services at Wright State Physicians by calling or texting 937-245-7200 or see a local provider.
Free at-home kits are also available to any student or employee for their own use. Limit one test kit per week. Please bring an ID. Test kit can be picked up at the testing center on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
General questions about COVID testing should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
First and second doses and third/booster doses (for those who qualify) of the Pfizer vaccine are available to students, faculty, and staff at the testing center. Appointments are required. Schedule an appointment.
