Orientation Program Information
Welcome to Det 643 at Wright State University. We would like to invite you to attend the NSOP at the Wright State University Campus. NSOP is a Cadet and Cadre run event designed to welcome new students to the ROTC Program. This one-day program will familiarize new cadets with the basics of Air Force ROTC and both student and cadet life at WSU. Most importantly, it provides an opportunity for students and parents to see what our program is all about and facilitate a smooth transition into college and ROTC. This website provides all the essential information needed to attend NSOP. The links at the top of the page are intended to be read in detail by prospective cadets. Please carefully read and complete all the required steps. Pay specific attention to the "Required Paperwork" page, as these items are required for participation in NSOP. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions that you might have.
Once again, welcome to the program and we look forward to meeting you all!
NOTE: NSOP is supervised by active-duty detachment officers and is conducted in an at ease environment of training.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to Friday, August 7, 2020, and let us know the following:
- Will you be attending Orientation? Provide your full name.
- If you cannot attend, please provide a reason.
- Date of graduation.
