why wright state

Wright State was an affordable choice, it was far enough for me to get away but close enough to return home when I felt the need.

a little advice

The best advice I would give a student who is considering Wright State is to just be yourself. Find something you are passionate about and run with it. It doesn't matter what it is, how much money it makes, none of that, it's all about the passion and your pursuit for happiness.

career goal

To work within the psychology field. Possibly high school counseling but I am not quite sure exactly what I want to do yet.

living on campus

I loved living on campus because there was always something to do, always friends to kick it with. It was also extremely beneficial because I was so close to campus and I was able to quickly get to class.

giving back

Service is a big thing within my fraternity so there are a lot of opportunities for me to get out in the community to do my part to better someone's life. I have learned that it doesn't take much to make someone's day or to inspire someone to make a good life decision, and that is powerful.

a few of my favorite things

My favorite place on campus would have to be the Hangar. It seems to be the most popular place during lunch time so I get to see everyone on a regular basis. I am kind of a social butterfly.

My favorite experience has been fraternity life. My sophomore year I had the opportunity of a lifetime to become a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. This fraternity has helped me with my academic life, personal life, and offered me a brotherhood like no other.

During my senior year of track, I was running a race and tripped over a bungee cord which sent me flying at least 10 feet!

Mostly rap music and reggae but a lot of Future, Lil Uzi Vert, and definitely Kendrick Lamar and Popcaan

Dream job…where would it be and what would you be doing?
Traveling the world and critiquing different places while I wrote and performed poetry.

The Walking Dead

My favorite place to go off campus is the movie theatre and Chipotle. My favorite spot in Dayton is between Delish Cafe and JJ's Fish and Chicken
