            Example problems could be  1) Generating Multiple LP Solutions.     2) Generating Multiple High Quality Integer Solutions or 3) an investigation of generating solutions to a specific problem such as shortest part problem, ...etc.

        If you have any topic that you are interested in, please let us know.  We can look into it and see it will fit.    Please select one of the papers, find at least one additional paper related to the topic and write a term paper.  Please let us know you final choice by the end of Oct 1st, 2004.  

         As stated in the syllabus, the term paper must be about 10 pages in length, 1.5 spaced (11 point font). The term paper will present a 2 page summary on the topic and an analysis of the salient aspects of the assigned topic (about 8 pages).  The term paper is 20% of your total grade
