Bio: Wm. Slonaker, Professor of Business Law, graduated from the University of Dayton (BS accounting; MBA) and The Ohio State University (JD). He joined WSU after practicing business law in the Dayton area, and after serving as an adjunct for several local institutions teaching business law and accounting courses. He serves as a fact-finder and labor arbitrator. He is co-creator of The Ohio Employment Discrimination Studies, the most complete database on employment discrimination in the U.S., containing nearly 10,000 closed claims filed with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (1985 to present).
