College Life

Last week was a very busy week. I spent most of my time at school and studying. I had a test on Wednesday
and a test on Thursday, so I didn't have much free time. However, I did manage to keep to my schedule of
playing basketball for an hour and lifting for an hour everyday. On Friday, I drove to Ann Arbor for the Michigan
game on Saturday and on Sunday, I came back to campus.

Friends

This was our first take with the classic Charlie's Angels pose.

This was take two with the Charlie's Angels pose. It turned out a little
better than the first.

Campus Tour

Student Union
The student union offers items such as a bookstore, cafeteria, and weight room.

Joshi Research Center
The Joshi Research Center is located between the student union and Russ Engineering Center.
It is one of the many buildings that houses classes.

Russ Engineering Center
The Russ Engineering Center houses classes for engineering majors.

Oelman Hall
This is another one of the buildings that contains many different classes.

Millett Hall
Once again, this building contains many classrooms for a variety of classes.

Campus Life

I don't live on campus so I don't know exactly what campus life is like but I have a general idea.
One of the best things about campus life is the freedom. I can literally do whatever I want, whenever
I want. Another perk is the availibility of food. Both the Hangar and the student union offers a wide variety
of different foods at all hours of the day. Another highlight of campus life is the availibility of recreation,
including a large weightroom and several basketball courts. I usually visit these everyday after my classes. A final
perk about campus life is all the people. This allows for a lot of socializing and making of new friends.

My Progress

School is going good so far. In Political Life, we are learning about different political ideologies and political
parties. In Honors Theatre, we are studying the play, A Raisin In The Sun and everything involved in its production.
In EGR101, we are learning basic mathematics used in engineering. Finally, in EGR190, we are learning to script
websites in HTML.
