This paper was submitted April, 1999, to The Journal of Magnetic Resonance. Exact solutions are presented for the time-dependence of the density operator in terms of its constituent product-operator components for a complete set of initial states derived from polarization of either the I or S spins. The solutions extend the range of applications that are accessible to the product-operator formalism and its associated vector picture of nuclear spin evolution.
The text and figures are Postscript files with the size listed next to the file.
