ABOUT ME
My name is Joshua Stamper and I'm a 19 year old freshman at Wright State University WSU in Fairborn, Ohio. I was born in Las Vegas, Nevada and moved to Ohio when I was around 5 years old. Even though my father was in the Air Force, I was fortunate only to have moved once. That made it easy on me and when I graduated from Fairborn High School in 2002, I graduated with friends I've known since elementary school.
Watching TV is my favorite past time.
My most favorite show is The Simpsons, I also watch CSI, CSI Miami, and in the
fall, MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL! Their is nothing like Homer's antics and
stupid remarks to make us feel just a little better about ourselves.
The Simpsons
Depending on how I feel, I listen to Rap, alternative, or hip-hop/R&B. Some of the artists I listen to include, Jay-Z, Petey Pablo, 311, Sum 41, Paul Oakenfold, Jon Mayor, Blink 182, DMX, Nelly, and Ludacris just to name a few.
Football, Basketball, and Golf are the main sports I like to play. I don't play on a team because I'm not any good, so I just play for fun. I like watching college football and the NFL, and I only watch baseball during the playoffs because during the season its just flat out boring. The month of March is always the best. Spring is here and summer is just around the corner but better yet MARCH MADNESS college basketball tournament! ESPN
THE FUTURE
No one knows what the future may bring, but we can always imagine. In ten years, I hope to be married to my girlfriend Ashley who I have been dating for 2 years now and I hope to be working for NASA, Intel, or Microsoft. I would like to live on the west coast in places like Seattle or Portland and who knows maybe I'll be living in Hawaii if I'm lucky.

What I did nice for someone this past week. Well one night in the Wendy's drive-thru line, the car ahead of my lost his cash in a strong gust of wind. So being the nice guy I am, I hopped out of my truck in the middle of winter with snow on the ground and started chasing this guys dollar. I got close and jumped to step on it before it fly away, but when I landed, I landed on a patch of ice instead of the dollar. Needless to say I fell flat on my back and the guy felt bad about me falling, he gave me all his change that flew away.
Janitor. There is this janitor that works at Wright State and his name was Andrew. He is about 43 years old and lives in Fairborn. Andrew has a sad secret about his life. One night about 10 years ago, he was sitting outside of his wife's work. While turning the radio stations, his eyesight dramatically changed. Now Andrew can only see with his peripheral vision which must make life incredibly difficult. I'm not sure if he still works here because I haven't seen in a while.
I'm still a kid at heart and a website I find very interesting is http://www.gamerevolution.com. It's a website packed full of review, preview, codes, and downloads for every kind of video game out on the market. If you're into video games check out this site.
CAMPUS LIFE

This is a view from the resident hall on campus looking down into the main part of the campus were majority of the classrooms are located.

This is the engineering center. For the next four years this is the building that will be apart of my life almost everyday. The engineering center houses all of the departments of engineering Wright State has to offer.

This is my engineering buddies and me (center) posing in one of the many lounges on campus.

This is the atrium in the student union. Which houses eating facilities, the lounge we posed in, the offices of the bursar, admissions, and the registrar. It also houses the campus bookstore and the disability office along with many other tools for success here at Wright State.

This is the entrance to the food court. The food court has about 6 different places to choose from to eat.

This is the Cyber Cafe were you can go to do homework or hang out while in the food court of the student union.
Wright State is a great university. It's small and easy to get around. So far I'm doing good in all my classes. This quarter I'm taking History 102, English 102, Political life 200 and Engineering. So far my classes are teaching me stuff I already knew from high school but they make us take them anyways. I like college so much more than high school. You have so much more freedom here and you don't necessarily go to classes all day. I like campus life here, it's a great atmosphere to study or even just hang out. I spend a vast majority of my day on campus.
