3 Pepper Pizza
- 1 recipe pizza dough
- olive oil
- 8 oz fat-free pizza cheese
- 3 bell peppers, each of a different color sliced
- 2 tsp butter
- 3 pound jar of your favorite applesauce
Place the dough on a buttered cookie sheet and shape
as desired. Brush top with olive oil. Spread half
the cheese on top. Concurrently, microwave the bell
petter slices with the butter for 4 minutes. Spread
the peppers on the top and cover with remaining cheese.
Bake for roughly 15 minutes in a 400 degree oven, or
until the cheese and/or dough starts to burn.
Cover with a thick layer of applesauce and enjoy.
