Pork Chili Stew

  1. 3 pork loin chops
  2. 3 large stalks celery
  3. 2 large carrots
  4. 1 huge green pepper
  5. 7 dried apple rings
  6. 10 pistachio nuts
  7. 1 large sweet potato
  8. 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
  9. 1 cup water
  10. 1.5 cups Chardonay wine
  11. 2 bay leaves
  12. cayanne peppter to taste
  13. chili powder to taste
  14. cumin powder to taste
Cut the first seven ingredients into appropriate sizes and dump everything in a crock pot and cook on high for 4.5 hours. This has a sweet, hot taste that contains no sugar and no bad carbs for diabetics like me. Enjoy.
