Pork Chili Stew
- 3 pork loin chops
- 3 large stalks celery
- 2 large carrots
- 1 huge green pepper
- 7 dried apple rings
- 10 pistachio nuts
- 1 large sweet potato
- 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 1.5 cups Chardonay wine
- 2 bay leaves
- cayanne peppter to taste
- chili powder to taste
- cumin powder to taste
Cut the first seven ingredients into appropriate sizes and dump
everything in a crock pot and cook on high for 4.5 hours. This
has a sweet, hot taste that contains no sugar and no bad carbs for
diabetics like me. Enjoy.
