Mattie Rea's Hotdog Sandwich
- 3 hot dogs cooked
- 4 slices of white sandwich bread... the square shape
- butter... the real stuff!
- catsup
- 2 slices of onion
Slice the hot dogs lengthwise and place 3 halfs on one slice of
buttered bread. Top with catsup, slice of onion and another
slice of bread. Once consumed, repeat the process. The good
news is you are required to have two!
It is important to keep the dogs hot so they melt the butter.
The plain square of white sandwich bread is very important.
No foo-foo breads are acceptable!
