Country Stirfry

In a suitably sized wok or skillet saute the sliced garlic. When it begins to brown, remove the garlic slices. They flavor the oil. Add the pork and cook until it turns white. Add water and green beans and potato slices. When the beans turn bright green and begin to soften, add the corn and spices. Cook 3 more minutes and serve with cooked stewed tomatoes.

This is enough for two adults. Scale accordingly.
