To reset the NVRAM on a TeK 540 color laser:
** Note: Do this only as a last resort when the printer won't boot
1) power off the printer.
2) remove the network card (** very important to save network settings **).
3) Hold down buttons 1 and 4, turn on the printer while pressing them.
4) When it says, "password?" release buttons.
5) Press and hold buttons 1 and 3 within ten seconds of previous step.
6) Observe message about resetting NVRAM.
7) turn off printer
8) install network card
