Matt,
It appears I cannot generate the license file for you because
it has to be done on pixel. So you get to learn how to install the
license codes. su to root then do:
source /usr/local/vni/wave/bin/wvsetup
Then you need to type:
cd $LICENSE_DIR
VNI_ENTER_SOFTKEY
and answer the questions from this information (save this to a file
then cut and paste from another window)

then you have to start the license manager with the command
VNI_LICENSE_MGR
