The "view online" option seems to only work with recent versions of Microsoft's IE browswer. If you get the online viewer working with Netscape Navigator, please let me know what version you are using.
For printing, I recommend downloading the PowerPoint file, and printing multiple slides per page. To do this, use File/Print in powerpoint and change "Print What?" from "Slides" to "Handouts (3 per page)".
