You may work in groups or individually to complete this activity.

We have been discussing and exploring the background information regarding the development of the standards, the organizations mainly responsible for their development and the implications they have for education. Now it is your turn.

Use Microsoft Word to create a Primer or Newspaper for educators at your school. The sheet should be colorful and creative to attract the reader's attention. It should give a summary of the standards and provide links to the sites that would be helpful in increasing understanding of the standards.
