This
course is designed to present some of the basic ideas, concepts, and theories
of management, organizational behavior and ethics in a systematic and
integrative fashion so that by the end of the course students understand
the complexities of managing people in modern organizations Through gaining this understanding,
students will also develop skills necessary to manage people effectively.
