Sponsored website : Fanfiction.net

Fanfiction.net has hundreds of thousands of fanfics (fiction written by fans based of copyrighted shows). Fan fiction is a great way to continue the storyline of your favorite show, explore what-if scenario's (Also known as AU's, alternate universes), or just have short stories of interesting scenes, both in the actual cannon or fan created. While some fan fiction is, for lack of a better term, crap, a lot of fan fiction is very well written. Size of fanfics vary from only a few hundred words or less, to over the size of two novels! Highest word count I've seen was a tad under half a million! Great place to spend time reading whenever you have access to a computer!

News Item

Well, classes are finally getting back to normal. After the screw up with my wheelchair, I ended up missing two classes, including one exam! However, after talking to Kumar and Carla, it looks like I can take it on thursday. As for my computer science class, I've finally caught up on my java program. Perhaps I'll add it to this website, I'm not sure yet.

As for my other classes, they're going quite well. My English class has been going to Jefferson Schools on Fridays to tutor some of their students for the OAT (Ohio Assessment Test). My six students are rather bright, but they have trouble doing well in the poor atmosphere of the school. Hopefully I'll be able to help them pass!.

As for the campus life, oen of the best things is the freedom you have. For eighteen years, I've been under my parents wing. While that isn't necessarally bad, it rather limits what you can do. Being on my own has actually helped me to become more of an independant person, and personally, I'm having alot more fun than when I was living with my parents.
