2011 REGIONAL & 2012 NATIONAL WSU ETHICS BOWL INFORMATION

What is the Ethics Bowl?

The Regional and National Intercollegiate Ethics Bowls are timed, critical reasoning leadership development contests between two university undergraduate teams (consisting of 3 to 5 full-time registered students) based on the analysis and resolution of 15 moral case studies. The educational goals of the Ethics Bowls are: (1) to improve moral leadership reasoning skills in a team context and (2) to develop persuasive oral argumentation skills necessary for professional leadership and public accountability.
