Sociology and Criminal Justice Internship Application Form

Prior to undertaking an internship, one must first assess their eligibility status by reviewing the requirements below and electronically submitting them for further consideration. 

Once this form is submitted, the applicant will then schedule a preliminary interview with the department's internship coordinator, Dr. Jim Adamitis, by coming to the main office, 270 Millett Hall, and completing the sign up sheet located at the front desk. The initial interview will focus on career interests and possible field sites pending the applicant's qualifications and academic standing.

All applicants must be in good academic standing and majoring in sociology and/or criminal justice with Wright State University.

Current status as a student with Wright State University:

Currenty enrolled as a sociology and/or criminal justice major with Wright State University.

Successfully completed AREA I - Communication and Mathematical Skills, i.e., ENG 101, ENG 102 and MTH 145.

Successfully completed SOC 200 or SOC 201.

Not on academic probation; in good academic standing with Wright State University.
