WHAT IS DAGMEC? The Dayton Area Graduate Medical Education Consortium (DAGMEC) is a collaborative alliance of the seven Dayton-area teaching hospitals and the WSU School of Medicine. The sponsoring institutions support over 500 physician and dental residents in 44 training programs.
* DAGMEC facilitates the sharing of Graduate Medical Education (GME) resources across the member institutions.
* DAGMEC fultills several key accreditation functions including hosting the city-wide GME committee and performs all internal reviews to meet ACGME guidelines.
* DAGMEC hosts numerous educational programs for the benefit of all those involved in GME.
