ATTENTIONS FHS 1969 CLASSMATES! MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR OUR 40 TH REUNION!!!

The FHS '69 reunion dates are: Thurs, Jul 30, 2009, Fri July 31, Sat Aug 1, and Sun August 2, 2009.   

Save the date post cards went out Oct 20, 2008. Thank you for updating your email addresses. For those that didn’t, please do! Several events are planned. Grads may attend any or all of them. 

If you haven’t confirmed your address, phone number and email address, please call Anita (937-767-1977) or email her at AnitaCochranD@aol.com – reservation letters will be mailed Mar 20 – please do not make us waste postage stamps if you have moved – let her know as soon as possible.

July 30 - golf outing at Greene Country Club.  Contact Golf Pro Mike Collinsworth at 937-767-6607 to schedule a tee-time and arrange payment. That evening we will meet at Giovanni’s Pizzeria. Food and drinks will be purchased individually.

Jul 31 - tour of our old high school (which is now Fairborn Middle School) noon til 1, then a trip down memory lane at downtown Fairborn and a tour of the old Fairborn Theatre at 3.

Social hour that evening from 6 to 11 p.m. at the Hope Hotel WPAFB Game Room cash bar and complimentary Hors d/oeuvres. Reservations are required. Cost $20.00 per person, but if you are attending both nights, Friday night cost will be $15.00 per person.

A block of rooms are reserved at the Hope Hotel WPAFB. Call 937-879-2696 to reserve and make payment (negotiated rate $65.00/night.   Tell them you are with our the FHS Class of 1969.

Aug 1 - Air Force Museum at 11:00 a.m. 

That evening -  Hope Hotel social hour at 6, dinner at 7:30.  Reservations are required. Cost is $35.00 per person. There will be a photographer taking pictures. You may purchase (no obligation) a color yearbook for $20.00 each, payable to Lifetouch on Saturday.

Aug 2 - alumni picnic at Fairborn Community Park, Shelters 1 and 2. The picnic is open to alumni classes 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970 and 1971.    Everyone bring a dish to share and drinks for your family (no alcohol allowed in the park - park rules).
