My Name is Martha Hoffman :) I am a very motivated individual, and I am a soon-to-be graduate of Wright State University. I am obtaining a degree in Organizational Leadership. I have a high desire for training and development, be it in the classroom or on the job. I am taking my passion for training and putting it into use with Red Robin, my current employer. I am very interested in how people learn and how to apply teaching techniques to individuals.
