Howstuffworks.com is an awesome site!
Why is Howstuffworks.com such an awesome
site? Because it provides a plethora of knowledge
on, well, exactly what you'd think: "How stuff
works"! If you're curious about anything from
refrigerators to distilation to nuclear bombs this is
the site for you. Couple its resources with basic
knowledge from a Wikipedia.org search, and you
very well might end up just short of expert status
in anything that tickles your fancy.
So far this quarter, I am enjoying my time at Wright State. Currently,
I am taking Academic Writing and Reading, Fundamentals of
Engineering and Computer Science, Psychology 105, and Chemistry
121. I have become acclimated to college studying,and as a result I
have done well in my classes, receiving a 43 out of 40 on my last
psychology exam and receiving all 100s on all my chemistry quizes,
except for my first quiz in which I received a 90. Part of the reason I
have been doing so well lies in the fact that I am enjoying what I am
learning. In Academic Writing and Reading I have improved my
literary skills from AP English 12. In Chemistry I have re-learned
forgotton principles of molarity and balancing chemical reactions. In
Psychology I have learned theories regarding personality, stress, and
memory. Finally, in Fundamentals of Engineering and Computer
Science I have learned about the principles of lift and flight, the
causes and effects of global warming, the basics of engineering
design, and I have learned much about the internet and html editing.

So far this quarter I have loved campus life. Though I commute and miss out on much of the dorm experience I enjoy my time while at Wright State. Unlike high school, large breaks separate just a couple classes each day. I love these breaks because they give me time to eat, study, or just chill out. Campus life at Wright State has truly proven more enjoyable than I ever expected.
