Technology is supposed to make our lives easier; make us more productive. Sometimes it doesn’t. That is where I come in. My name is Mike Brooks. I have spent half my life making insubordinate technology cooperate. While that level of expertise often comes with a social deficit, over the last 6 years I managed to expand my people and business skills running my own tech consultancy business; an opportunity I seized after being downsized from my corporate position. My personal experience combined with my college education means that I can not only solve your technology issues, I can make a business case for doing so. Many businesses have reactionary IT processes that result in costly break/fix scenarios. I seek to proactively manage your IT resources. My processes result in decreased downtime, more return on investment, and on-budget projects.
