Hello, my name is Douglas Donald Baver. I was born October 26, 1988. I am currently eighteen years of age, but in less than a month I will be nineteen. My friends like to call me Dougie, more so to annoy me than anything. But the name has sort of grown on me ever since my junior year of high school. My mom yelled it in the stands at a junior varsity basketball scrimmage and my coach was calling me it ever since. Of course, everyone seemed to catch on.

This week I jacked up my riding lawnmower, removed a flat tire, took it to a mower shop to have the tube replaced, and replaced the tire on the lawnmower for my mom.
Mr. Thompkins has been a janitor now for fourty three years and is up for retirement sometime in the next fifteen or so. We salute Haywood for his tireless committment to keeping our restrooms the best in the state.

Classes are going well so far. I am learning to script a web page and the basic design and structure of web pages. I am quite interested and intrigued by the whole deal. In math, EGR101, we are learning the applications of the derivative in engineering. Chemistry is all about stoichiometry and solutions right now.
