This site will have more information on Circle as they are prepared. For the time being, please download the Circle binary from the link below, and the README file in the distribution should have all the information you need to run the program. This zip file includes the current binary and documentation for the command line interface. We are currently in the process of developing a web-based interface for Circle, and you can try it out at the pre-production Circle site.
