In the course of normal operations, the Wright State University Foundation
collects information on those who choose to donate to the University. The Foundation
believes that such information should be kept confidential to the fullest extent
permissible under State and Federal law. The Foundation does not sell or rent
any information related to its donors to outside third parties. Internally,
access to information is restricted to only those individuals, authorized by
the Foundation, who need to know this information in order to provide services
to constituents. Physical, electronic and procedural safeguards have been implemented
and are maintained to protect a donor’s personal information from unwarranted
disclosure.
