To establish an endowment (minimum gift amount: $10,000)
I give, devise and bequeath to the Wright State University Foundation $_______________ to establish the ________________ endowment fund, the income from which is to be used for ____________________ (scholarships, chairs, professorships, faculty awards, etc.) in the Department of ______________ (School/College of _____________) at Wright State University. At any time, however, in the event the original purpose of the gift no longer exists as determined by the administering agency(ies), the Foundation board shall redirect the proceeds of this gift to another purpose as closely aligned to the original purpose as possible.
 

To give an unrestricted amount
I give, devise, bequeath to the Wright State University Foundation $______________ for unrestricted use by Wright State University.
 

To give to a specific department
I give, devise and bequeath to the Wright State University Foundation the sum of $____________ for the use and benefit of the Department of _________________ (School/College of ______________) at Wright State University. At any time, however, in the event the original purpose of the gift no longer exists as determined by the administering agency(ies), the Foundation board shall redirect the proceeds of this gift to another purpose as closely aligned to the original purpose as possible.
