
Employee Extract/Change Time Record
(This
process should only be used when the employee absolutely can not enter his/her
own time for the current pay period)
For
time sheets that have not been started or are in progress (not submitted)
that must be submitted by the approver:
1.
On the Selection Criteria screen:
- Click
on Act as Supervisor
- Change
the year to 2006
2.
For timesheets NOT STARTED:
- Click
on EXTRACT and input time for employee
Or,
for timesheets IN PROGRESS:
- Click
on employee name and submit
- Timesheet
then becomes PENDING
- A supervisor
can then choose to Change Time Record, make changes, approve, and
forward to Payroll
