Grades for these quarter will be posted in WINGS Express.

How do I know when I register?

Your registration start date is now available on the "Registration Status" link in WINGS Express. It is based on your current level and credit hours as of the end of Fall 2005.

How do registration holds operate in WINGS Express?
Holds on registration will operate differently in WINGS Express as they are governed by a date range instead of by term. For example, a registration hold effective May 1 will block adding or dropping classes for current and future terms. You must contact that department to resolve the hold before adding or dropping classes for the current term or registering for a future quarter. For detailed information, including the appropriate office to contact, go to WINGS Express .

How do co-requisites and writing intensive classes operate in WINGS Express?
You will be notified at the time of registration if there is a co-requisite requirement. You must register for co-requisites at the same time as you register for the class or you will blocked from registering from the class. Writing intensive classes are co-requisites. A writing intensive lab will be displayed as the course number plus W. For example, WMS 300W is a writing intensive course. If you register for WMS 300-A01, you must also register for WMS 300W-A01.

What are D, E, and F terms?
These are accelerated terms that meet 3 1/3 weeks. D term meets June 12 - July 3, E term meets July 5 - July 26 and F term meets July 27 - August 17. Please check the classes you register for carefully.

What is an Advisor Approval PIN?

If you need advisor approval, you will be challenged for a special PIN when attempting to register. This is NOT your WINGS Express PIN but one that is known only by your advisor. Once you have met with your advisor they will remove the PIN challenge.

Do I need to confirm my registration in WINGS Express?
Separate confirmation of your schedule is no longer required in WINGS Express. Once you select a class and successfully submit it to your schedule, you are in the class. Be sure to watch for messages regarding restrictions, pre-requisites or co-requisites when adding classes!

When will my fees display?
When you register for classes, the fees may not show up in your student account right away. You will notice this delay in fee assessment for future quarters beginning Summer 2006. For example, if you register for summer classes in April, you will see your fees in your WINGS Express student account beginning May 1, while your fees for Fall 2006 will appear in your account beginning July 1.

I have two children that attend Wright State. Do I need two separate accounts in WINGS Express to pay their fees?
No, as long as each child designates your e-mail address when setting up parent or guardian authorization within WINGS Express. Both accounts should then be accessible via your e-mail address.

Does parent or guardian authorization need to be set up each term?
No, once you designate parent/guardian authorization it will be set for each term.
