In the past our web site was a little slow in relaying information,but in the past 12-18 months I have seen a lot of improvement.The web page is easy to navigate, and provides useful links to all campus related sources, such as athletics and other campus departments/activities.The site is always helpful to students, as a directory for phone numbers and other useful sources on and off campus (in the surrounding area). Visual appearance; although I have seen it improve over the past four years, it still just doesn't catch my attention right off the bat.A good example of a visual improvement on a university web page, was done by Bowling Green. Their opening web page has large text and good clear grpahic displays.I like the "New U" campaign, but I think to the untold eye, the idea of the "diverse U" (using differnt fonts) my look a little out of place. I don't like to use the word generic, but in our efforts to sbe creative but simple, I think the web page lacks the flare of some other universities.We don't need radical changes in the web page design or layout, just some more updates and improvements. I hope my comments and suggestions have been useful.Keep up the good work! The page gets better and better year by year and I hope the improvements will continue.Good Luck ! :a
