The Forest Lane Apartments provide apartment-style accommodations for 260 students in four buildings: Aspen, Sequoia, Palms and Sycamore. Forest Lane contracts are for three quarters; summer contract extensions are available.

The majority of the apartments are two-bedroom units that house four students. All four buildings in Forest Lane are co-ed. All apartments are air-conditioned and have a full kitchen.

The two-bedroom, two-person units are furnished in a similar style but with furniture to accommodate two people. Kitchens have full-size stove, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and full-size refrigerator. Utilities, local phone service, voicemail, and cable TV are included. The community is also equipped with laundry facilities (coin and Wright1 Card operated) and a community center including a multipurpose area and a large-screen television room. Also, each room is equipped with an Ethernet hook-up for students to connect to Wright State University's Local Access Network from their room.

Eligibility:

Two semesters of WSU housing; transfer or continuing sophomore; or be at least 21 years of age.
