Greetings!

This International Visitors Guide has been produced by Wright State University's University Center for International Education (UCIE). It is our hope that this short guide will provide helpful information on university resources to those from other countries who wish to visit or study at Wright State University. We also hope guests and visitors will enjoy discovering some of the tourist attractions and interesting features in the area around Dayton, Ohio. This guide is designed to help visitors to Wright State and the Dayton area enjoy the unique experience of visiting or studying here.

Wright State University

Wright State University, located just 12 miles northeast of downtown Dayton, Ohio, offers many benefits and interesting attractions to international scholars, visiting professors, international guests, and spouses or families who might be visiting with them. The university has an enrollment of over 19,000 students in accredited undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs. Over 600 students attend Wright State annually from other countries, and the university has a national reputation for being welcoming to all.
