The PROVINCE (Brand New Apartment complex near Wright State University) has offered a rent of $290.00 per person for off-campus campus. The offer ($290.00 per person) includes the following facilities

Rent:

• $290.00 per person per bed with occupancy of 6 residents per apartment

Electric:

• $15.00 cap or monthly allocation for electric consumption per person/per month.
• Consumption above cap rate to be billed to each resident per month.

Details:

• Each bedroom will be equipped with brand new bunk beds to accommodate two residents per bedroom with a private bathroom for each bedroom.
• Each unit will consist of 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms.
• Each apartment will include a washer and dryer.
• Each apartment kitchen will include a range, microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker refrigerator and garbage disposal.
• Sewer, water and trash included.
• Cable and internet are provided.

  • Internet: 7 mps download\384K upload
• Each apartment is fully furnished.
• Community amenities include:
  • clubhouse with a meeting center
  • movie theater
  • fitness center
  • tanning beds
  • swimming pool

Transportation:

• Van service
  • THE PROVINCE will provide transportation from the Dayton International airport.
  • THE PROVINCE can provide access to shopping for groups to purchase accessories for their apartment.

Documents required for signing agreement:

• A letter from the university confirming acceptance into the university.
• Copy of I-20.

Application Process:

• Send an email to Dave at david.senkier@eshmc.com.
• Dave will email the lease and application.
• Student sends a completed application to Dave (email address required).
• Dave will enable the web portal for each customer.
• Fees can be processed before the customer arrives.
• Pay using International credit cards.

Fees/Costs:

• Application Fee: $50.00 (non-refundable)
• Redecoration Fee: $150 (non-refundable)
• Deposit: $ 100 (refundable)
