Admission and Application Deadlines

Requirements
Personal statement articulating your career goals as related to the completion of the M.P.H. Your personal statement should not exceed 500 words.
Two letters of recommendation from a professional who can speak to your professional or academic experience.
Current resume.
Completed M.P.H. Supplementary Application form. You may download and complete the application as a PDF file or submit the online application. The Supplementary Application will help us track your application to the Graduate School.
Basic requirements of the School of Graduate Studies.
Minimum General GRE test scores:
Before 8/1/2011: Verbal 350, Quantitative 455, Analytical 3.5
After 8/1/2011: Verbal 143, Quantitative 143, Analytical 3.5
Minimum TOEFL IBT - 79, Paper based - 550 or IELTS - 6.0 band
Program admission decisions are based on complete application information including overall academic performance and standardized test scores where applicable.
GRE or MCAT - (not needed if applicants with earned M.S. from regionally accredited university in the U.S. or Canada)
Program Information
Courses are not taught on the main campus. The MPH program is located approximately 9 miles from campus with no mass transit transportation available. A program fee is charged in addition to graduate tuition.
