Admission and Application Deadlines

Program begins in the fall semester of each year. Summer applicants must apply by December 15th.

Deadlines and Requirements if Also Applying for Funding

Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA) must apply by December 15th.

Minimum TOEFL: 100 or IELTS 6.5 to be considered, and the starting term must be the Summer.

Requirements

Statement of education and professional goals and spaciality interest

2 letters of recommendation attesting to the applicant's readiness for graduate research and suitability to serve as a teaching assistant (TA)

GPA of 3.0 or higher. Applicants with GPA 2.7-2.9 may be admitted without funding.

Total GRE of 1100 minimum

Minimum TOEFL score of 90 or IELTS band 6.5

Minimum 4 years of BS in Chemistry

Note: 4 years of B.pharm Degree does not meet Departmental Admission Requirements.
