A: No. The on line application can only be submitted with a credit card payment.
A: If you do not have a Mastercard, Visa, Discover or a U.S. bank account you may download the application and send it by mail along with a check or money order, in U.S. dollars, made out to WSU for the amount of the application fee.
A: Yes, you may send your application and have ETS forward the TOEFL score at a later time. The WSU institution code for ETS is 1179. Please note that your application cannot be sent to the department for an admission decision without a TOEFL score so you need to send a copy of your score sheet. This is not an official document, however, and the official TOEFL score must be sent directly to WSU from ETS.
A: Your recommendation letters should be sent to the office of Graduate Admissions. Applicants to the Ph.D. BMS program must have their recommendation letters sent directly to the Department.
