Mandy Shannon is the new librarian for international students. In addition to working with international students, Mandy also works with the LEAP program and ESL classes and several other departments on campus. She encourages you to email her with any questions you have about the Libraries or to set up an appointment for her to help you get started on your research projects. To commemorate Wright State University's 40-year anniversary, and the University Center for International Education's (UCIE) 10-year anniversary, in April 2007, the UCIE started collecting recipes from you as well as from members of our partner institutions around the world. We collected 116 recipes from different origins, all with ingredients easily found in the local market. The recipes include appetizers, main dishes, desserts, salads and soups, and some recipes that help dress our dishes or can be used as dips.
This beautifully edited book, International Cooking, The Wright Way, is available for sale at the WSU Bookstore and at Barnes and Noble at the Fairfield Commons for $14.99. You may also contact Claudia Espinoza directly to order a copy (S and H additional).
