Assistantships are available to students on a competitive basis. Students awarded assistantship supports are eligible for stipends and remission of tuition fees. Interest in financial support should be indicated at the time of application.

Requirements

:

-          Basic requirements of the School of Graduate Studies.

-          Minimum General GRE test scores of 850

-     Minimum TOEFL IBT - 79, Paper based - 550 or IELTS - 6.0 band.

Program admission decisions are based on complete application information including overall academic performance and standardized test scores where applicable.

 

Program Information

:

The Department of Electrical Engineering offers a program of graduate study leading to a Master of Science in Engineering (M.S.E.) degree with a major in electrical engineering. The M.S.E. program is broad in scope and emphasizes portable concepts in the design and analysis of complex physical systems using modeling, synthesis, and optimization techniques, and bridges interdisciplinary engineering areas such as controls, robotics, electronics, and communications.
