Shyaka Anastase, Ph.D., is a political scientist and Executive Secretary of the Rwandan
Governance Advisory Council, which provides scientifically based advice on ethical
post-genocide policies to Rwanda's government and civil society leaders. He will
discuss the reconciliation process underway in Rwanda following the 1994 genocide,
and also the feasibility of an East African Political Federation.


The lecture and discussion are free and open to the public.
