Donna M. Schlagheck, Ph.D., is Professor and Chair of the Political Science Department at Wright State University. She has been a member of DCOWA and its Board since 1988, and has served as President twice. Dr. Schlagheck's research and publishing focus on terrorism, and more recently multilateral diplomacy. She is the author of multiple books and articles, and leads Wright State's Model United Nations program.
