Founder and CEO of Tilak Learning Group, Michelle Jackson, is an experienced learning and performance consultant, intercultural educator, speaker, and trainer. With more than 20 years of experience that combine language training, International Program Management, Human Resource Management, Performance Development, and Instructional Design and Development, she has worked in industries that include retail, education, professional services, language acquisition, medical and pharmaceutical, and travel and tourism.
Michelle holds a Master’s in International and Intercultural Management from The School for International Training (SIT), with additional post graduate coursework from the University of South Florida. Her B.A. degree was obtained at The Ohio State University. Additionally, she holds a TEFL Certificate (Teaching English as a Foreign Language).
She is a member of ASTD (American Society of Training and Development), The eLearning Guild, and SIETAR (The Society for Intercultural Education Training and Research). Michelle has presented at local, regional and national conferences. She has designed, developed and conducted trainings for numerous destinations including Japan, Spain, Central and South America, India, and the Middle East as well as custom training and education programs for soft skills and new products.
She has travelled extensively in a professional and educational capacity having spent time in Japan, Mexico, Germany, France, England, Ireland, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and all 50 states. She currently resides with her husband and their 2 dogs in Springboro where she indulges her passion for flowers in the local garden club.
