Ambassador Programs Banner

Ambassador Programs provide an opportunity for students to study for shorter periods of time with a group of WSU students at various sites around the world. These programs are led by Wright State faculty members.

A $100 non-refundable application fee is required with all Ambassador Program applications.

    Explore 5 different cities in China; encounter sites of incredible history, absorb its lush nature, visit Shanghai businesses, develop friendships with Chinese students, and improve your language skills.

    Polar Perspectives of Munich and Southern Germany

    May 12- May 28, 2013

    Spend two weeks in Munich and its surrounding areas, including a day trip to Salzburg, Austria. No German language is required, open to all majors. Truly an experience of a lifetime.

    June 23 - July 17, 2013

    Take the trip of a lifetime in Japan. Students will be guests of Okayama University where they will encounter Japanese food, culture, history and people, while also studying technology in this Global Information Society. Open to any student.

    An Educational Emersion into Taiwanese Culture, Education, and Industry

    July 5 - July 31, 2013

    Designed for Engineering and Business majors. This three week course provides Engineering and Computer Science majors a chance to cultivate international teamwork experiences as they practice innovative thinking of technology/ business while working in small groups with International students, primarily from Taiwan and China.

    Global Health Service Learning

    Enroll Spring Semester

    Travel May 17 – June 7, 2013

    Students will pair with other nursing students from Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Science (MUHAS) to visit health clinics in surrounding villages where they will learn first-hand about perspectives of individual, family and community life, health care and many more aspects of the Tanzanian people. All majors welcome.

    Discover Paris, past and present in this incredible French language program that will take you through the magnificent city of lights as well as a day trip to Normandy. Choose to stay an optional 3rd week for an internship in Bordeaux.
